BPO and Beyond

BPO and Beyond

Where BPO Professionals Are Built for What's Next

Ad example

Academy

The BPO and Beyond Academy

Three tracks, taught for a BPO salary and a BPO schedule.

Foundation first, then Starting a Business or Investing, with AI built into every track. Live sessions after shift, lessons you can finish on a break, and a facilitator who reviews your plan. The first cohort is not scheduled yet, and the waitlist is what sets the dates.

Who it is for

Any role, any tenure. No finance background, no startup capital, and no free weekends assumed. Everyone starts with Foundation, and the assessment tells you what comes next.

01

On the floor

Agents, specialists, and support roles. You handle pressure and hit targets every day. The same discipline, pointed at your own money and your own idea.

02

Leading a team

Team leads, QA, trainers, and workforce. You already manage people, metrics, and process, which is most of what a small business needs.

03

Running the site

Managers, ops, and support functions. Good income, no plan attached to it. This is where you build something owned and a portfolio that runs itself.

Not sure which track is yours? The free assessment takes seven minutes and tells you where to start and what to take after Foundation.

The three tracks

Everyone starts with Foundation. Then choose Starting a Business or Investing, or do both. AI is a working tool in every track, not a separate subject.

Track 1, 4 weeks, 2 hrs a week

Foundation

The first four weeks of all three pillars, together: Investing, Adapting AI, and the groundwork for Starting a Business.
  1. Week 1Where the 15th and 30th actually go: an honest money map
  2. Week 2Emergency fund, then Pag-IBIG MP2, opened on screen
  3. Week 3AI on your account: the policy, the tools, and prompts that work on a queue
  4. Week 4Your 12-month number, and choosing Business or Investing next
You leave with a money map, an emergency fund started, a documented AI pilot log, and a written 12-month number.

Track 2, 8 weeks, 3 hrs a week

Starting a Business

Start something while you still have the paycheck.
  1. Week 1An idea you can test this month, not a dream business
  2. Week 2Ten paying customers before you build anything
  3. Week 3Price it, sell it, deliver it around your shift
  4. Week 4AI as your first employee: copy, customer replies, and bookkeeping
  5. Week 5DTI, BIR, and books that will not scare you later
  6. Week 6Business cash and sweldo, kept apart
  7. Week 7Running it in four hours a week
  8. Week 8Keep or quit: the honest math, and your plan review
You leave with a registered business, first paying customers, an AI-assisted back office, and a 12-month plan.

Track 3, 8 weeks, 3 hrs a week

Investing

Make a BPO salary work harder than you do.
  1. Week 1Your first PSE order, on screen, together
  2. Week 2Index funds and REITs for people who hate charts
  3. Week 3Using AI to read a fund fact sheet or a REIT report
  4. Week 4Insurance without the pitch
  5. Week 5Automating it on payday so discipline is optional
  6. Week 6Debt, loans, and family money
  7. Week 7An AI monthly check-in that tracks the plan for you
  8. Week 8Your 12-month target, reviewed one on one
You leave with a funded account, an automated payday plan, and a written 12-month target.

How it works

One path, four steps. Step 4 is the one that counts.

Step 1Take the free assessment

Seven minutes. It shows what is holding you back and which track to take after Foundation.

Step 2Foundation, 4 weeks

Money map, emergency fund, AI on your account, and a 12-month number.

Step 3Business or Investing, 8 weeks

Live cohort, lessons on breaks, a facilitator who knows your name.

Step 4Do the real thing

Business: your first sale to a paying customer. Investing: your first investment bought. Not a plan on paper, a receipt.

Then we track it for 90 days

Finishing the course is not the outcome. These are the milestones we check with you at 30, 60, and 90 days, and what you see on your dashboard.

Day 30Started
  • Business Idea tested with ten real conversations, offer and price written down.
  • Investing Account opened and funded, first order placed.
  • Both Emergency fund started, one AI tool in weekly use.
Day 60Repeating
  • Business First sale made, and a second customer served the same way.
  • Investing Payday contribution automated, second month funded without a reminder.
  • Both Money in and money out recorded for a full month.
Day 90Holding
  • Business Registered, three months of sales, running in four hours a week.
  • Investing Three contributions made, portfolio reviewed once, plan unchanged in panic.
  • Both Twelve-month number still on track, or revised on purpose.

The first cohort is not scheduled yet, and that is on purpose. The waitlist decides it: we set the dates once enough of you have told us your shift, run the live sessions at the times most of you pick, and open seats to this list first.

  • You tell us your shift, so sessions land when you are awake
  • Founding-cohort pricing, announced here before it goes public
  • No payment now, and no obligation when seats open

We email you when dates and pricing are set. Nothing else. Unsubscribe anytime.

Questions before you join

I’m on graveyard shift. Can I actually attend?

Yes. A 6 AM Manila session exists for you, and every session is recorded and posted within the hour. Hands-on weeks also have a Saturday option.

Do I need money to invest or start a business?

No. Week 1 starts with whatever you have. The Investing track works with amounts as small as ₱500 a month, and the Business track is about selling before spending.

When does the first cohort start?

No date yet. We are setting it from the waitlist so the sessions land on the shift patterns most people pick, rather than announcing a date and hoping it suits you. Waitlist members hear first and get founding-cohort pricing.

How do I pay when seats open?

GCash, bank transfer by QR code, or PayPal, in instalments on the 15th and 30th. Nothing to pay while you are on the waitlist.

Can my company pay for my seat?

Yes. Many sites fund it under wellness or learning budgets. Send your HR or L&D team the For companies page, which has its own enquiry form.

Is this financial advice? How do you make money?

This is education, not financial advice, and we are not licensed advisers. We make money from Academy seats and from companies who sponsor cohorts for their sites. Some free content may also carry sponsorship or advertising, always labelled.

Do you earn a commission on what I choose?

No. We do not sell insurance, funds, or brokerage accounts, and we take no commission, referral fee, or revenue share on anything you buy or invest in. Sponsors and advertisers never choose what we teach.
