For BPO companies and sites
AI readiness and financial wellness, in one program your agents will attend.
Run the Academy as your site’s program: Foundation for the AI rollout that is coming, Business and Investing for the retention you are losing. Scheduled around shifts, delivered on site or virtual, with cohort reporting you can put in front of leadership.
The first five founding partner sites get pilot pricing and co-designed curriculum.
Why this moves engagement, productivity, and attrition
Three problems every site director already tracks, and the mechanism the Academy uses on each one.
Engagement
Why it moves. Most wellness programs are about the company. This one is about the agent’s own money, own side business, and own future on an AI floor. People attend what is about them.
The mechanism. A cohort of 25 to 40 peers, one live session a week at shift end, and something visible to show by week 3: an emergency fund started, a first sale, an AI pilot log.
What you measure: session attendance, module completion, pre and post confidence survey, per cohort.
Productivity
Why it moves. Financial stress follows people onto the queue: absences around the 28th, a second job at night, distraction on calls. AI fear does the same thing more quietly.
The mechanism. Foundation removes the end-of-month scramble with a money map and an emergency fund, then teaches the AI tools on your account so the pilot group becomes the explainers, not the resisters.
What you measure: adherence and absenteeism for the cohort against a comparable team, and QA or handling metrics for participants on the AI pilot.
Attrition
Why it moves. Agents leave for three reasons the Academy speaks to directly: money, a business they believe they must resign to run, and fear that AI makes the job disappear.
The mechanism. The emergency fund reduces panic exits. The Business track is explicit about building alongside the job, with the keep-or-quit math done honestly in week 8. The AI weeks turn fear into a promotion path.
What you measure: 6- and 12-month retention for the cohort against a comparable team, and regrettable attrition among participants.
How to prove it at your site
We do not ask you to trust a slide. A pilot is built so the numbers are yours.
One site or account, 25 to 40 seats, and a similar team that is not in the program.
Attendance, adherence, absenteeism, and a confidence survey before week 1.
Twelve weeks, scheduled with your WFM team, on site or virtual.
Milestones reached (first sale, first investment), plus cohort versus comparison team on attendance, adherence, and retention.
