1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms are between you and BPO and Beyond (“we”). By creating an account, joining a session or paying for a program, you agree to them and to our Privacy Notice. You must be 18 or older.

2. Not financial advice

Facilitators and guest speakers share their own views. Mention of any product, bank, fund or platform is an example, not a recommendation.

3. Your account

• Give us true details and keep your email up to date; that’s where your sign-in links and confirmations go.
• Your account is for you alone. Don’t share your password or let others use your access.
• Tell us right away at privacy@bpoandbeyond.com if you think someone else is using it.

4. Free and paid programs

• Free: Module 1, the free calculators and Financial Numbers, and sessions marked free. We may change what’s free over time.
• Paid: each program’s payment page lists what’s included, for example the full Financial Journey: all 14 modules (live virtual batches and self-paced), the community and webinars.
• One-time payment programs (like the full Financial Journey) come with lifetime access: you keep access for as long as BPO and Beyond offers the program online, with no monthly fees.
• Time-limited programs (for example one month of access, or a coaching package) say how long access lasts on their payment page. Access ends when that period is over.
• Live batches run on the schedule we email you; missed live sessions can be followed self-paced where available.
• Company-sponsored batches may have their own agreement with your employer. Where it differs from these terms, that agreement applies.

5. Paying

• Prices are in Philippine pesos. The payment page shows the price for each method. Paying by PayPal costs more because it includes PayPal’s fee.
• You pay us directly by GCash, bank transfer or PayPal, with your code (for example FJ-1234) in the message, and send us your receipt.
• Your access opens when we confirm the money has arrived, usually within one working day. Until then, your account can use everything free.
• If the amount or details don’t match, we’ll email you what’s needed. Pay only to the accounts shown on our payment page; we’re not responsible for money sent anywhere else.
• Your confirmation email is your proof of payment. Need an official receipt or invoice? Email invoice@bpoandbeyond.com with your code.

6. Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your confirmation email, as long as you’ve completed no more than Module 2 (or the first two sessions of another program). After that, payments aren’t refundable, but you can ask once to move to a later batch. If we cancel a program, you get a full refund of what you paid for the part we couldn’t deliver.

To ask, email invoice@bpoandbeyond.com with your code. Refunds go back by the method you paid with within 14 days, less any fee the payment service doesn’t return to us.

7. Live sessions and community

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate, spam or selling to other participants.
• Don’t pitch investments, loans, networking schemes or “guaranteed returns” in sessions or the community.
• Keep what others share in sessions private. Don’t record or post sessions without our written permission.
• Answers you type in sessions are anonymous and may appear on screen for the room; don’t type anything that identifies you or others.
• We may remove posts or people who break these rules.

8. Our materials

Presentations, participant guides, videos, calculators and other materials belong to BPO and Beyond or its licensors. You can use them for your own learning. You can’t copy, resell, re-upload or teach from them without our written permission. Names and trademarks of other companies belong to their owners.

9. Changes to programs

We keep improving our programs, so modules, schedules and facilitators may change. If a change removes something important you paid for, we’ll offer you a fair alternative or a partial refund.

10. Ending access

You can close your account anytime by writing to privacy@bpoandbeyond.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, shares paid access, or uses a payment that was reversed. If we close it for no fault of yours, we’ll refund the unused part of what you paid.

11. Limits of our responsibility

We work to keep the site and sessions running, but can’t promise they’ll never be interrupted. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses from money decisions you make, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines.

12. Law, changes and contact

These terms follow Philippine law. Any dispute goes to the courts of Mandaluyong City. We may update these terms; if a change matters, we’ll email account holders and show the new effective date. Your purchase follows the terms in effect when you paid.
